9100 9600 all buses at first world, they move to amber court, dont know dont anyhow bomb pls, they shifted like 5mth ago....petrol station there no restaurant

On the left side of the petrol station. I am refering to 8346 restaurant. I just ate there 2-3 weeks ago.

If not, I'll jus go gohtong Jaya for more variety and durian and strawberry and abit shopping.

To me, I prefer 8436. Reasonably priced and friendly. Their german trotter was a knock out!!!

BTW, Will be heading there next sunday. So the cable car now stop at Chin swee and Awana? In operation already? Heard the new station at FWH. Old station no longer in use?

The old awana skyway (the very old one take can take 30-40 passengers, including standees, in one cable car cabin) stations has been removed.
The new cable car system which replaces the old awana skyway is not in passenger service yet. It is currently undergoing testing.
The stops are at Awana, Chin Swee Temple and First World Hotel.

The angle station (No boarding/alighting, for the cable cars to "turn") near Ria apartments. Do note that it isn't a straight line from the Lower station (Awana/Sri Layang) to the Upper station (First World) (Just like the ngong ping cable car in Hong Kong, it "turns")

Last time got 2 lines, awana skyway and genting skyway.

Awana skyway has been out of service for awhile already left genting skyway.

I did not remember seeing a 2nd active cable car service in genting 2-3 weeks ago...

I guess you have mix up the GENTING skyway with the AWANA skyway. Anyway, GENTING skyway operates from the lower station at Gohtong Jaya (not Awana)

Yup...the very old and big one already out of service many years. Skyway is the one going to a station near gohtong jaya where free bus ferry is available to Gotong Jaya, strawberry farm and awana hotel.

There is a new line running from FWH to Chin swee and etc I heard. The new line still under testing?

Hi all, got a few queries on Genting which I couldn't find the answers online, hoping experienced mountain trekkers will have an idea

1) The early check in surcharge will apply as long as its before 3pm ? Eg if I check in at 12pm also need to pay RM 5 ?

2) Will there be a problem in self-check in if I changed my passport ? Reason being my silver Genting Rewards card was registered a few years back with my current passport which will be expired and replaced by time I go up in August.

The miegrand mushroomfarm restaurant(VAN number 8346)is not at amber court but opposite the bus terminal . Beside the petrol station.

Just go to first world lobby,there are vans waiting there. 9100, 8346, etc.
