i already use GP point to book the room(FWH standard), now i saw Resort Hotel Deluxe Room is FOC, can i cancel the FWH one and book the resort deluxe room? how to cancel?... or i just book both and check-in the resort room?... hahaha

maybe you can call their genting malaysia hotline helpdesk to ask if can cancel or not for your FWH room.

Stayed at the genting first world hotel tower 3 recently,
not bad, they have the triple room.
room size quite small about 19m2.
you wont have enough space to open up your luggages
the distance between the wall and your bed is about 40+cm ...
you have to walk like a crab to get out of your bed to the toilet ...

If no show or concert, the price is usually about 25sgd.
if there is, price might shoot up to 100+sgd

we applied for a new genting card ...
they would give you 30myr casino credit to play ...
plus one nite free deluxe room at first world hotel, valid for one month only ...

Hi, first time using Transtar. I will be staying at first world. The pick up for transtar is resort hotel basement 5. Is it easy to find? How far or long does it takes to walk from first world lobby? I tried to search in goggle map, can I refer to oldtown white coffee resort hotel as the pick up location?

Yes, in fact the Transtar Office is just couple of feet away from the Old Town Coffee

No - Transtar Office and pick up point is at RESORT HOTEL Basement 5.

Once u left First World Hotel and gone thru all the escalators uphill - u will reach indoor themepark and beside it is McDonald's - just walk along the walkway passing by McD on yr left and Maybank on yr right...walk straight on - later u will see MaryBrown on yr right. Keep straight still - passing MaryBrown and then go down the 2 flights of escalators - then u shud find a LIFT to go down to LEVEL BASEMENT 5. Ask staff at the Resort Hou Mei Seafood Restaurant (located just after the escalators) if u r unsure. Good luck!

Something wrong.....further detail, while in game arcade go straight...shall see on left macdonalds and right some Maybank ATM/mama shop/branded good outlet...go straight and see cloud 7 then turn left at the T junction of MB. Shall see casino entrance on both side Monte Carlo and a big fishtank after going down a small flight of stairs. Proceed to go down escalator and will see Hou Mei seafood and etc go down one more level will reach Rosort hotel lobby. Turn left and shall see a lift lobby that can lead you to B5 of resort hotel.
