anyone know is the RM5 early check in available? Do i have to inform tour agency about it or go directly to the hotel and pay the extra RM5
previously went up by driving stayed in other hotels..

Yes the early check in is available at the i-kiosk for 5rm.
Go directly to hotel lobby, got loads of i-kiosk to do check in.
Need passport as well.
But if u go over the counter register, is 15rm.

If want connecting room, near lift, nice window view, all additional 5rm each.

FWH Early Check-in only available from 6am onwards - subject to availability.

5 RM per special request (e.g. Early Check-in, Connecting Room, Near Lift, Mountain View) is waived for Gold and above GRC members.

Do note that Kiosk only able to select one Add on. If require more add on can approach counter (15 RM charge as other bro mentioned - try to get it waived, YMMV). If you're Gold and above, the Counter charge is also waived..
