Penalty is NO refund or NO amendment of dates.
Changing dates, would require user to call and cancel booking (lose the points) & make fresh booking.

Just happen to stumble on this clause for those booked on the 1 for 1 promotion

11. All room reservations made are subject to “No Show Charges” unless cancellation is made 72 hours prior to check-in date. There will be no refund of Genting Points/ Rewards Points paid on the rooms cancelled.

Came back on Sunday. Overall quite a boring trip, no GP point redemption for food.

At the FWH new casino, there is an escalator for silver card holder, must swipe maciam international room. Upstairs can get a cup of white coffee or chinese tea, get a good seat and enjoy a birds-eye view of the whole floor.

Yup yup...1 driver its enough de la...I also the only driver to Genting..

Just had some rest and stop over it should be fine. Haha i will the only driver, driving up to Terenggnau ler in late Sept...
