I got the offer as well, but mine is 3 nights for RH/fwh valid for low/shoulder/peak. but dunno why they give RH when there's no rooms available for booking using that promotion. and there's room available on the exact same dates if use gp to book. sly marketers zzzzzz

same as me, gave me RH/FW but for the whole Jan' 15 Fri and Sat. RH fully booked. don't know is true or not

For RM300 and RM500 affinity packages, the cage always give RM100 NN chips. Can change to RM10, RM25 and RM50 NN at the table. To my recollection, these affinity package NN chips can only be used in Starworld and Monte Carlo, but not in IR, VIP and Circus Palace.

Have not tried the normal premium RM3k/6k package nor VIP premium package. The customer service keep telling me different rules. Think they themselves also confused.

For RM300 and RM500 affinity packages, can we change the RM100 NN chips to cash chips to bet at the table?

When you get mm chip, you must go to game table to change to mm playing chip to bet, once you won the bet, the croupier will pay you cash chip. In short, mm playing chip for bet only till you lose away but cannot change to cash.




rm300 or rm500 affinity package used to come with free GP and a free meal.
