my card was the old Genting Worldcard (i got it when RWS is not event built), so 10 digits for me, not sure about the cards nowadays. then recently i went up and go to the counter and check with them whether my card needs a replacement. then they change it for me, number unchanged.

the benefit of this card is, you can log in to rw website and book hotel at special price. i did a rough search to verify this. for e.g. when i log in and search for rooms, the lowest i can get is RM25 for standard FWH room; however, when I log out, this deal is not available. so, thats one example.

hmm... I call sg genting they told me is different entity.. I message Malaysia I also got the same answer...

actually what is the benefit of having the card if im not a gambler? just discount to buy thing there? i might need to pay for the "lost" card when i dont even recall having the card... unless i did apply it 21 yrs ago..

the discount is quite significant even u need to pay rm10 for the card replacement
u will see member price and non menber price in most restaurant or even watching movie /show

go to "http://www.rwgenting.com/".
use the hotel search to search for the desired date and hotel.
after that, the result page should have a 'sign in' option at the top right.
if you can log in with your RWS id, then you can try to book the room.

Pudu Terminal has a RM30 Per Pax to Genting Taxi, Alternative, You could hire one by paying about RM150 Per Car, If not, from KL Sentral got Bus to Genting too.

yup. But I think you can convert RWSentosa point to RWGetning point...

Now can no longer convert points between the two liao... whether in Singapore or Genting...

I also lazy to check previous posts at the moment. Remember is KLIA Express to KL Sentral then change to Genting bus.

Other way is to grab a cab from the KLIA kiosk direct to Genting.

tried it on my April trip. no free flow salad bar now. free meal don't even comes with salad. got one bowl of soup per customer, with free coffee and tea together with your main dish of steak/fish/chicken/pork.

Sometimes the conditions are stated in the message, otherwise you can logon to the booking site and it will show you under the complimentary section.
