yup up in Gentings. Is the Digi store at first world hotel still there?

yea is still there...
the most only 3.5g by digi...

Not sure why, but the store in First World Hotel doesn't seem to be listed in Digi's website anymore.

Genting ... can get good 3/3.5G is very good already, don't think too much about 4G. :D

I played in the previous tournament in June. 10k starting stack. If I remember correctly it is 250 starting BB.

Yea 2 nights free FWH.

The tournament has 4 batches of 100 players. Total 400 players.

Top 25 qualify from each batch for final day, where the top 100 will play it out.

The payout structure is pretty bad imho. Only Top 30 get paid. This is less than 10%, which is pretty bad compared to pokerstar. $2000 rm for 15-30 position. Then it starts to increase.

Just checked my pics. Starting is 100/200. No Ante. Blinds increase every 20 mins. Basically for my table, every orbit, the blinds increase when it was my turn. I, unfortunately was the first BB, so I remember the pain every orbit! I would say this is hyper turbo. Skillful playing will really depend on the players at the table. The first hand, an uncle to my right bet out 5000 (10K starting stack) on the flop. I had top pair with a pair of Kings, but how to call?

By level 5, 1000/2000, most will be technically short stack. Then it becomes a shove fest. So any proper playing will be "limited" to the first 3-4 levels.

Manged to qualify for final day, but stupidly, I went to shove with A4off on the FIRST hand UTG with about 8BB. I was so embarrassed to turn over my hand haha.

Going back to try to do better this time!

Okay, since I don't have a choice, I've booked 2 standard rooms for 1 night. Check in 6th, check out 7th. I only need 1 room. Anybody wants the other room? Just $5.

Genting having BIG MONEY DRAW on the 12 & 20 aug 2015 register time 11am to 2.30pm at first world lobby...
