wah??? no queue number = queue until siao? last time like wait 2 hours + before get to counter. Like that how i request early check in? By the time i queue and reach my turn i can already process my check-in already ma no?

Bros can advise? I bought the hotel vouchers thru transtar agency and not online so i doubt i can use the self check in kiosk?

Why don't you just give them a call to check on the most accurate way/suggestion?

A friend called after checking online for room availability, not only told he's points that they can deduct and also offered an upgrade at a minimal sum. Nice person online too, and got everything on hand within minutes.

Depends wat time u arrive - if early morning like 3am - 6am shud be ok the Q...but if afternoon wud be quite long...

Noler - those i think are just auto-check out..just came back on Sat.

I checked in using the machine at resort hotel on Sunday. You can make special request (connecting rooms, bedtype, non smoking, etc through the machine at no charge) on the machine.
The machines are the same as the first world hotel ones with a slot for cash. I hope that they won't follow first world policy of charging people for special request in future.
The staff directed me to use that. Though checking in at counter is still possible . No more queue number at resort hotel too.

Another thing, Genting Affinity TABLE GAMES package is only available at First World Casino. The slot and FSG (mobile gaming) packages are available at both the First world and Main Casino.

Min RM2 bets for FSG roulette and RM10 for FSG baccarat.

More details of the affinity package. Do note that meal options are only available for Slots, FSG and RM1000-Table Games package.

Usually transtar reach genting at what time ah? approximately 1-2pm? can i still go to the machine and request early checkin to skip the queues when i reach there?

630am transtar reached resort b5 average 130pm
if solitiare 1pm average

This only works when the number trend mainly belongs to the two rows you have selected. Have did this before and won couple of times. Will not work when very random numbers are opened.

The thing abt Resort Hotel is ALL double-bed/ King-Size-bed rooms are also 100% with connecting door to the next room which i dun like when i go alone. So the one u r staying also with connecting door? It just takes one noisy neighbor next door to disturb yr sleep - of course not all are like tat...so my priority is always without connecting door.
