for every game u play depends on what game u play u are rewarded with points so judging by this they can calculate / track > 30k..

no need go redemption counter exchange. just go the kiosk and print the voucher out (looks like receipt slip) then bring to the participating F&B outlets can liao. pass them the voucher during payment.
