I was quoted SGD380 for twin sharing and $320 for single for First world hotel standard room, and coach return for end Sept and early Oct based for 3d2n on one of the local travel agency. Is this package consider ok? Last checked my Genting silver card only got 5gp iirc.

What is the difference between signing up as a genting reward member online and signing up on the spot?

I already have the casino card but I just signed up as genting reward member online now I have 2 membership id.

Is there a way to link my existing points on the casino card to online genting reward?

The online Genting Reward Alliance (GRA) is to allow you to use your GP points to change for things online.

The Casino Card (as you called it) is the one that you used when you shop and play at GH to earn the GP.

To link your GRA to your 'Casino Card', login to GRA. Click on My Account > My Card and add your 'Casino card' to the account.

Since you never specify the dates, I will assume weekday.

If you book directly with Genting, it would be RM100 per room per night for FWH Standard room. Member rate should be roughly RM10 cheaper. 200RM at the 'rotten' bank rate is roughly S$68.

A 2-way coach from WTS will cost you S$70. So if you book separately, it will only cost you <S$150 if you go alone or < $220 if you bring your partner.

So yeah, $320 for 3D2N is expensive.

Manage to book comp room for 28th to 30th Oct using my account and my wife book for 1 night for 27th Oct @ FWH.

21-23 Sep: RM333+RM100 = RM433 or S$146
28-30 Sep: RM428+RM100 = RM528 pr S$176

Add in the coach $85 and total will be S$230 and $261 respectively if u going alone.

Still cheaper than the $320 that you were quoted.

If you going with your partner, then it will be S$315 and S$346.

Still cheaper than S$380 that you were quoted.

If you booked with Genting direct, your reservation details will be in their system. Once you reached FWH, you can use the Self-checking kiosk to book in. Doing it over the counter will cost an extra RM15.

Any other queries. Just ask.

You should save a bit for member's rate. Not a lot (I think it's RM10 per night) but better than nothing.

Some has mentioned that hotel booking sites may be cheaper but I understand that you will need the staff's assistance at the self-check in kiosk when you book in.

I take WTS all the time. The ride is comfortable and reliable. So far, no major complaints.

I think for slots, you have to try and see which one you like. We all have our personal favourites I guess.

May I check how frequent do silver member receive 1 nite free stay? I received an email for a free nite stay in sept but unable to make it.. will I receive such email for oct or nov? I got my membership in july only..

There is an Annual review think every 1st Jan. If you manage to clock 300TP now you can immediately upgrade to Gold and valid until next review which is end of next year. If you failed to clock 300TP by then you will be downgraded back to Silver in Jan 2021.
