Now I back in Singapore. Tpg SIM card really no good in genting. Most of the time 1 bar. A lot of dead spot. Data runs very slow. Casino inside no signal at all but I switch to airplane mode to save battery if not battery sure drain very fast.

dont get me wrong guys. i did qualify myself at the beginning that i m not one with unlimited cash and indeed if we do get entertained up there at the casino particularly we wld probably be indulging in it rather then watching youtube or cracking our heads at which exch rates when we are already up there! of course and why not we get good and best rates before going! because when we are short of cash up there while casinoing i dont think we wld be too concern abt rates and probably wldnt hv time for surfing! thats my meaning..period.

**** just bought a digi live sim pack for 30rm...hahaha. siao liao...gona relegate to 3rd world connection when in genting. Damnit!

Lol..Digi & Maxis telcos are the top dogs in Malaysia...Share your experience here later on...:D

anyone drive using own car to genting? is it safe? and what are the best timing to drive up?

hello guys,

recently i have been hooked on to video poker. Want to ask the experts here does genting have video poker?

If not, what about marina bay sands or resort world sentosa?

And what kind of video poker they have? As in, what are the odds? Is it worth playing it?

Thanks. Will get Maxis next time. Yah. Celcom used to be better. Since last year average.

It's because not everyone goes to Genting for casino. And not everyone who steps into their casino spend a lot. I go to Genting partly because I am thrifty. Partly for the cool air. Just want to be away from the stress and hot air in Singapore without spending too much. Stay in my room most of the time so SIM card is important.

Bro - in case u manage to get Resort Hotel - and if you have the free TPG SIM (it comes with free data roaming in Malaysia) - you can get full-bar connectivity there as well as @ Genting Grand Hotel area...but if you stay in FWH then it doesn't help as it's signal is almost none existent at Sky Avenue & FWH.

Thanks for sharing ! I do have free TPG SIM. But only can get FWH as I don't contribute much to Uncle Lim.
