Ok, you are right. The sold out only display after the prompt that the 488.20 tickets are unavailable.

If I take cable car from Awana bus terminal to Chin Swee temple, can I go back to Awana bus terminal without having to go up to Sky Avenue Station? If yes, do I need to buy another ticket?

so reverse back by right is NO....of cos by left might be workable

Yes, no extra cost to the peak or to the Awana Station if you had stopped at the temple on your way down. You may refer to the details here. Enjoy!

You go down the stairs to go opposite direction.

Something I had to warn you about Chin Swee temple by cable car..
After alighting the cable car at Chin Swee station... THERE ARE ANOTHER 13 ESCALATOR before you reach the actual temple... PRAY ALL 13 of them are working.. or it will be 13 flights of stairs.
I pity the elderly if any of the escalator not working..

Just take Grab lah..

Grab from FWH starbucks (or Highland Hotel starbucks) to Chin Swee Temple starbucks.. around April 20023, I took, it cost me RM10 down, RM15 up.
i was told prices had doubled since.

Remember to take scenic photo inside Chin Swee temple starbucks..

if you search google for reviews... you will find many negative reviews on the KKKL.

I prefer the common 3 bus companies plying the SG-Genting route.
WTS, Transtar, and 707.
