No. The moment I enter card details, I expect to go to authenticate page but instead it gives the message you have 2 attempts left. Click ok and the pop up disappear and blank page to enter credit card details again .

That's weird. Usually I will be brought to the authenticate page to complete the payment process.

theme park ticket just go counter to buy easier

if die die must go in esp afternoon...just get the vip package n u sure able to complete all rides
worth it imo

else wait for non-raining day n faster go play

I am getting the unlimited pass (annual pass).

Last visit few years ago, online rate was cheaper than at counter. But must buy one day in advance. Not sure about now.

There seems to be a promo for single ticket now.

Will try again later. If still error maybe I try another card. Or maybe change currency to SGD.

Not sure if I recall correctly. Sep I don't recall need to enter card issuing country and issuing bank.

Managed to get free FWH world club room hehe. Is it the best free room for silver card

Trying to book theme park tickets.

After entering credit card details, it shows Payment attempts you have 2 attempts left.

Tried many times and same issue. Browser and mobile app have the same problem.

Card issuing country I change from Malaysia to Singapore.

Card issuing bank I selected Maybank.

Anyone encountered this error on payment ?

I called Maybank and they can see an attempt to make payment but payment did not go through.

It was a breeze when I bought 7 tickets via RWG website late last year. Suggest you call up their hotline +603 2718 1118 to make the purchases, if you continue to face such challenges. Alternatively, you can also procure the tickets via KLOOK webby. I just realized that it is a few ringgits cheaper.

PS: If my memory serves me well, buying tickets over the counter is RM$30 to 40 more than doing it online. Not sure the difference over the phone though. Good Luck!

For world club room, is it must request for 2 x double bed ? last time i got 2 x single bed, not enough for us.

I have not tried before, but I think you should be able to pay by credit card. Just provide the details over the phone will do. Good Luck!

Have to call to check whether is Club1 or Club2 type rooms. Club1 is the 2x queen bed in Tower 1. Club2 is the 2x single or 1 Queen room in Tower 2.

I got a tower 2 room for 1-4 Jan but tower 1 room for 26Feb-1Mar booking after calling the hotline to verify.

You can reserve the available room in advance but the room tower can only be verified over the hotline. Unless someone, not the customer service, can help with the tower change, your booking room tower type is fixed at the point of booking till you check in.

Opted for Highland Hotel Premier Room.. lazy to walk from Genting Grand.. and Starbuck kopi and cakes/scones within reach at lift lobby, or TW noodles at RaoHe after midnight to 3-4am.
