Genting FAQ - Part 3

Part of the reason I stay at GG or HH, is that I had a particular liking of fried chicken, especially those with thick crispy skin, KFC in at old Genting side (sad to see MarryBrown closed its outlet there). Fried chicken best with beer around.

If MarryBrown reopened nearer to FWH hotel lobby (2nd floor), FWH SD and WCR will be favorable again.

Anyone there at FWH to check out the MarryBrown had opened on 2nd floor, directly above FWH kiosk lobby, not the one near noisy elephant.

Are tower rooms 2 newer? This time i stayed fwh tower 2 noticed the room better than previous stay in tower 1.

The Tower 2 renovated much later than Tower 1, thus they had a much refreshing look.

But once u stayed at HH Premier or GG Premier, u will never want to stay in FWH, other than the close proximity factor to Casino.

Till now I still cannot figure out why would someone love the Resort Hotel so much? Arent the room more "orbit" than FWH Deluxe rooms? Size room bigger but you need super leg power to move around.

Resort Hotel is definitely much better than FWH Standard and Deluxe rooms. Apart from being serene & less congested, the rooms are very pleasant too.

Before SkyCasino was built, we have been putting up at GG, or HH, or RH. We only visited StarWorld once. Never like the setting, and how we must transfer money from the machine back to our card everywhere we go.

Yes, just the gold club. Also, you would not be able to see the Travel Subsidy on machines in the common areas (at level 1 and 2) too.

Wah, one year ago! Guess the newer ones are: Da Cha Dim (directly below Bona Cinema) and Seasons (Highland Hotel), which opened late last year/recently.

Room bigger, desk bigger, shower room nicer. To me Resort Hotel is much better than FWH deluxe room.
Last time got the fish tank casino. From Resort Hotel walk to there not far.

Yah... we only station there every time we visit Genting previously. It used to be smoking, then non-smoking. We love the stretch of machines before the escalator. From Adonis to Indian Dreaming. Love the progressive jackpot Choo Choo Train too. When it was closed, we only patronize the IR thereafter. 5 Dragons & Holiday in Venice were my favorite at that time.

Any restaurant to recommend to dabao back sg? Like siew bak or other? Feel like 1k voucher can dabao some food back sg, if not wasted.

Congrats! You can change your card at the Genting Reward Service Counter right in front of the SkyCasino. There is also a customer service counter at Level 2 inside the SkyCasino. Just walk straight right after you come up from the escalator. It's on your left. You can't miss it (a counter; lots of staff; and people). Alternatively, just find a self-service kiosks and change it there. Have fun!
