Last year I used BOT for all my Transtar Zclub booking, quite ok, especially they allow changed of date for booking. Perhaps I used web version more often than app.

Not sure why rating bad? blame portal when operators keep swapping buses?

I saw the reviews.. mostly from cheap (under RM2) bus booking in bus terminal in Msia tpt hubs.

Anyone booked zclub back from Genting (to Tampines) recently ? Are they still making people change 3 times ? 40 seater to downhill, Zclub to Malaysia custom, 40 seater to dropoff point ?

Yes they still doing it. However my previous trip Tampiness/sengkang was the only drop off point that didn't need to change. Not sure if its always like this or just heng suay.

40 seater downhill transfer should be only for Solitare.

Problem is they will say upgrade from Zclub to Solitaire. So need to take 40 seater downhill to transfer to Solitaire that will end at Malaysia custom and change to 40 seater to Singapore dropoff point.

May I know from Sin to Genting, do they still use 40 seater coach to bring people to Grantral Central to change to Zclub and Solitaire buses ? Or change at Malaysia custom ?

So far all my trip from Sin to Genting one way Z-club, only heading back need change. But my is CCK area.

Anyone has the link to room cancellation? Not the email one. I remember there was one just fill in form and submit?
