I made a complimentary hotel reservation via their phone call. However, there’s no confirmation email, Nor any bookings reflected on my account. Is this normal?

Very normal...only bookings made via online is reflected in yr account/app plus email..if u r unsure just call up again to confirm u hv the bookings done.

Yeah... normally safe one la... reservations assistant will ask whether i wanna write down my reservations nbr...sometimes lazy to jot down as these days i just pass my GRC card to reception at hotel since they nvr even ask those nbrs fr me as they can see fr their sys based on our GRC card nbr..

Lol...no power la...as u know i normally go lone-ranger...only just during family trips that i will install player for my little son to keep him entertained - can watch his fav Youtube shows since MXM & GG rooms come with WiFi.

Btw..just came back fr family trip - bought the RM78 Skytropolis pass for 2 days...also burnt RM110 for the arcade games...and the Imaginatricks show is very entertaining...and managed to get 2 boxes of MSW durians as well for RM40 after 10pm there.

Basically, it means that the complimentary benefits you get directly commensurate with how active you are in the casino.

Every bet you make at the slots and electronic games are tracked. And how long you played at the table is also tracked (if you check in your card). All these gaming activities are tracked and points will be awarded (both GP and TP).

It's probably the TP that will determine the type of complimentary room you have.

It does not mean that you have to lose of cos. But all of us know, that the more active you are, your chances of losing goes up because of the house advantage for all the games.

So if you have zero interest in gaming, then be prepared for zero complimentary room

Correct decision. Don't play at casino just to get free rooms if not interested. The amount spent is more than the cost of hotel room. First World Hotel is really not expensive.

But do get the member card. Can get member rate for hotel booking. Get points for food, movie, concert tix....anything. Always ask if can earn points or get discount when paying.

And just drop by the member card kiosk to check if they have freebies. Eg voucher to offset for indoor theme park, concerts etc. Usually found inside casino but recently they installed some outside the casino. If I remember correctly, there is a row at Lvl 2 of Sky casino opposite the lockers. Think there is one opposite Sky Avenue lvl 1 info counter.

Go with a friend who is a gold card or above member and the parking is free of charge. The parking is on daily charge as well.
