even if opened and got foot fall. no singaporeans and tourist is hard to sustain....

Hard to see First World Hotel worth 4-5 stars for high rollers with 1400 rooms in this new tower alone. More like it is meant for the frequent, hardcore, mass-market punters, just like the current towers, barely making it to 3-stars.

The Periodic Commuting Arrangement will allow Singapore and Malaysia residents who hold long-term immigration passes for business and work purposes in the other country, to enter that country for work.

After at least three consecutive months in their country of work, they can return to their home country for a "short-term home leave", the statement said. They can then return to their country of work to continue work for at least another three consecutive months.

These travellers will also have to abide by COVID-19 measures.

I think you misread the article.

They are not planning to build a new one but to reopen another tower that was closed because of the COVID-19. :s13:

So no Tower 4 for now. :)

Thank goodness it is not another tower to be built in already crowded space.

Sian man, march I was up there, last afternoon I was recouping my loss.. Playing till the very last minute, I rushed to the counter to exchange back cash but there was long queue.. Wanted to ask around people whether they interested to change with me but never proceed, hence today my drawer still have the chips, dunno when can use it :(
