However much they flip also no difference. Ultimately, it needs to be a bilateral agreement between both govt for any meaning travel to take place.

Just like Spore recently unilateral allow travellers from Brunei and New Zealand in but both countries have their own restrictions for outbound travelling citizens. So end up LPPL.

Means this year cannot go alr.

Honestly, even if they allow us to go, I'm not sure I want to until the pandemic is contained.

The pandemic will not be contained until the vaccine is ready. Even then, SG and Malaysia will get the vaccine late as China/US/Europe will benefit their citizens first. I am not hopeful that it will be done by end next year.
