Following a landslide near Father’s Organic Farm, Jalan Batang Kali, both sides of the road access to Resorts World Genting has been closed by PDRM.

Guests travelling to and from the resort are advised to use Karak Highway via Genting Sempah until further notice.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

All the traffic by Batang Kali route will be diverted to the usual route we travel up from south. As such, do expect higher than usual traffic up the mountain.

Yes, traffic from Ipoh direction will be forced to take the Karak Highway to access Genting Highlands, When traffic departs Genting Highlands, they will be using the same and only route. Expect higher than usual traffic on the southern route.

wow. twice i travelled the batang kali route due to karak jam and both were late into the night, one even past midnight. not a nice route to travel but the airport taxis i booked had experienced drivers. u get to see some kampong life unlike the expressways n highways.

hi all, going up from 27-31 Dec but realise my resort hotel booking was made with sg nric instead of passport. think it’s peak period so counter queue will be crazy (heard it costs more also). anyone knows if calling the reservation helpline works - can they change ?

The counter queue was horrendous. 4 counters opened only. Wait for 2 hours minimum. Saw 2 people fainted, 1 young man and 1 elderly man. Staffs never help at all.

table, 10am Rm 50, 11 am - 2pm Rm 30, I saw the Q i also can faint, very messes. Come with Elderly
please arrange properly. We got a free upgraded To Resort Hotel. Good Luck.........

Genting standard drop so much compared to pre-covid.

table, 10am Rm 50, 11 am - 2pm Rm 30, I saw the Q i also can faint, very messes. Come with Elderly
please arrange properly. We got a free upgraded To Resort Hotel. Good Luck.........

Ya...Me too. Cant stand the way they work. that is the guide told us......if not Gambler I will go some
where else. Not the worth the trip. Food not cheap and nothing to shout about....dun go when is
School holiday....I enjoy JB more..

My experience today using WTS coach from Tampines. The fellow passengers very automatic, all arrived on time, the bus drove off exactly 520am, pickup 2 more passengers at Jurong East pickup point. Traffic as smooth until hit 300m before Malaysia customs, there was some episode of queue cutting by some buses
Cleared MY customs by around 700am, and reached Yong Peng very early as the rest stop was empty, i believe we might be the first tour bus from SG.

Reach Genting around 1230pm, saw the board, Standard room : 0, luckily I had free Deluxe room. Many Malaysian had to forgo their queue as their booking registration will fail due to no rooms.

The SkyCasino quite ok, not many people, many ETG seats available unlike last week.

Old casino not crowded too.

They now dressed with santa hats.

This is a open under table, find any staff that available, tell them you willing to pay for early
check in, that why got the timing for payments...Genting hungry very long...they shortage
of man power. that is a big problem. Tour guide say one...............SIC.

Book kkkl from genting back to sg. The location wrote skyavenue bus terminal 2. Anyone knows where is it?
