Sorry noob here. What does it mean when the gamblers throw their genting cards to the dealers to swipe on a machine, and then leave their cards with the dealers?

I understand that is to clock genting points. But what data does the machine take in the swiping since there is no purchase?

Can I just get some advice, not sure if I can request at checkin time, or I may email them beforehand. If for 3 persons to share a room, is it better to get a twin bed room with 2 adults squeeze on 1 single bed? Or better to request for a king sized bed with 3 on the same bed? We are not very big sized and I really hope to keep the room. A bit undecided.

The bed type in Highlands Hotel is more or less fixed when you confirm the booking. Meaning chances of getting king bed is slim if your booking is for twin. If you are contemplating on sofa sleep, the more suitable room types are executive suite in Highlands, superior room or suite rooms in Crockfords. You can request for additional pillows and blankets at Crockfords as my friend ever did before.

They accord the TP based on your bets amount. Chances of getting points without play is slim and the pit supervisor will constantly check for attendance.

Means i call First World and ask if still have 2 rooms？But will they offset against the room which I had paid？

The paid room is non refundable regardless whether you stay or not. If you are considering getting the superior deluxe room from first world hotel, do take note that the one queen and one single bed config are for rooms on and below level 21.

OK so swipe card is equivalent to marking attendance. But how they track how often and how much you bet?

Also not possible to use someone else's card correct?

For VIP gaming area, the betting record is based on chip sensing on betting slot plus camera. For non VIP area, the betting amount is based on camera record of bets.

To use someone else's card, which is highly discouraged, the only avenue of bet is using ETG machines, since there will not be supervisor verifying your identity.

use IC for membership is better because our passport every 5 or 10 years need to change.

Anybody taken WTS coach (morning) before from SG to Genting? How long does it take to reach there & roughly what time?

I am taking 5.45am bus at Bukit Panjang. Have never taken WTS bus before and mostly took 707 night buses. Thanks in advance!

Btw my friend also heard that WTS has added new coaches, can anybody confirm that? Hahaha lol

Minus away odd occurrence of unexpected traffic jam, WTS buses usually arrive around 1130am-1230pm at SkyAvenue Terminal.

Took wts twice. Both times reach around 11.45am (both were weekend)

Don't know about new, but plenty of leg room and recline

morning Ridewell coach from genting to sg only stop at yong peng and 1 toilet break no stop for buying of souvenir. faster reach sg which i like.

I dont agreed with this description.
Many old folks complained of WTS/707 cramped space.
If front reclined seats did not retract seats, there no way you could exit from the seats next to windows.
If reclined too much, you will see a grouchy black-face passengers behind you.

Transtar ClubZ and Solitaire ones are best seats, Cocoon Seats retracted or not, wont affect front or back passengers.

I see. Think when i boarded most people including myself didn't recline a lot so no issues. As for other coaches, you should be right (only taken wts before)

yes thats how i get few good drivers contact in bolehland many years back

esp when gg from KL to uphill n vice versa

can whatsapp them n book in advance as well

+ rate are cheaper than for regulars
