True, i got 3 booking up to April, usually Genting Grand Junior suite or Highland Hotel Premier.
Waiting for May booking to open up.
FWH/Resort open up 3-month advance block, while the others 1-2mths advance booking.

Always book date including Sundays AND Mondays for two transport subsidy in one trip.

What is transport subsidy? Got free bus up?

I got bump after I also lost count of years changed 3 passports already I think so at least 10 yrs. I got gold. N now I got free 10 nights. Anyone know how does the 10 nights work? I live chat ask he tell me call.

Meaning you can book a stretch of 10 consecutive days in a month or blocks of few days adding to 10 days using the Genting website or app.

You are not the only member who receives this email, so don't overthink the intentions. Just book if you have the need to travel and the room is available on your dates of travel.

If you didn't receive notifications on subsidy, that means you don't have any entitlement in such aspects.

Just use the messenger or call the hotline to request room cancellation at least 3 days before the check in date if you are not able to make the trip.

Can cancel, do an advance cancel by e-mail them can liao without penalty.

I got 2 genting accounts. The old one got GP but the new one don't have. Am I able to transfer the GP from old card to the new card?
