It will not show up in app. If you receive the sms/email in regards to the subsidy award and don't see it at kiosk, just go to the cashier directly showing the sms/email notification.
Didn't see it on my app nor was there any e-mail notification. Did a check at the kiosk, saw the subsidy and claimed the cash at the counter thereafter. App will show that you had utilized the travel subsidy after you had claimed it. It will be reflected under "My Rewards".

(6) Pass the Tower 1 lift landing and you should be able to see a guard counter at the far end.

(7) Turn right, walk pass Food Factory on your left until towards the end of the foot path.
(8) Again, you should see a big signboard with the descriptions:
