I only know that the supervisor is always lurking behind to check if one is snapping photos. Lol

Personally I felt the old traditional zigzag escalator to Genting Grand Complex was less straining to old elderly.

Last trip I tried once after 10+ years, and its really less straining on my wobby legs (due to earlier mild food poisoning) compared to the Tower2 shortcut path exit thru the Paris Baguette to up the elevator next to H&M/pharmacy elevators.

A lot of players also shout on FSG / ETG baccarat monitor screen for the cards that they want, even though the cards they want may not come out most of the time. Lol

You have to print out the limited physical voucher from the ikiosk from midnight onwards daily.

Try to get the Rewards ASAP, usually by noon time, the freebies quota met and no more rewards for the day.
I usually check Kiosk the moment i stepped into casino after check in hotel..
You may be lucky that the first day still got rewards to claim.

After passing by the Genting Hotel lobby, turn right in and you see a Chinese restaurant. Do a left turn, facing the restaurant, and walk straight up. You will pass by some sofas before reaching the entrance of Genting Club.

Genting Grand Hotel elevator, head towards M spa, next to spa is Genting Club, all within 10m of hotel lobby elevator.
