Genting FAQ - Part 3

Can't seem to book date of annual pass. Shows current date only. Means can only buy on the day itself ?

I just tried on my internet browser. It's possible.

- Go to "https://www.rwgenting.com/en.html"
- Click onto the "Theme Parks" icon & then "Book"
- You will be asked "Do you want to experience our new theme park booking system?"
- Select "Yes"
- Select "Genting Skyworlds Theme Park"
- You will be prompted with a gentle reminder, click "Continue"
- On the left, select between "Malaysian" or "Non-Malaysian"
- Select a date which you want to visit the outdoor theme park. I chose 10 Nov 25
- You will be prompted with a choice of selection between "Standard", "VIP", and "Unlimited"
- Select "Unlimited"
- Your choice will be presented below thereafter
- Click onto the "+"
- Then press the red button named "Add to Cart"
- Then "Proceed"
- Then "Next"
- Thereafter, just fill up your personal details, select your payment method, tick the agreement to their terms & conditions, and then press "Check-Out"

If reach at 3am and booked room, First World Hotel means must check in at counter since kiosk is closed. Will they collect the counter fee ?

Also, the room choice might be limited since people have not check out yet. Later can request for room change ? Because I usually pay for near lift, high floor. How to do room change ?

Should be no counter fee.
Email them to let them know your check in time.
If check in no have your choice then ask them tomorrow change room. Don't check out go counter ask first.

I stay highland hotel this time round. It's better to book one day early if you take night bus. I regret I didn't book early and need wait earliest 2pm to able to check in. I know first world got early check in, but honestly saying, mostly also need wait til 12pm then will have room, as ppl all check out at 11am take coach bus back. If you lucky, I remember website wrote earliest check in is 6am, subject to room availability + early check in fees. This only able to do at counter. But if you book 1 day early for late check in more worth it. Cos 12hr waiting time really boring one. All can do is stay in casino only. Bag and luggage can put at luggage counter. After staying in highland hotel, I don't think I will go back first world. Really very comfortable.

Out of curiosity... may I know was your air-con temperature pre-set at 17 degree celsius too? We requested house-keeping to tune it to 23 degree celsius, but it just defaulted back to 17.

Ya, auto set one. No matter how I adjust also back to 18-19. But overall ok la. I can naked sleep meaning not very cold. Outside weather more cold then room temp. Haha

assume now show 23deg
than u set 18 deg
it will show back 23deg but awhile later eventually will become 18 deg

Actually is booking 1 day, then inform them check in late.
If you try getting room like 4 hours to rest then that depends they have empty rooms or not. I think in lobby have display the rate.

Genting grand which room? Club suite? They got give me club suite option, but don't have 1 week stay ( always only 4 nights available) through apps, so I book highland instead. At least got 1 week stay.

Ya. I midnight after 12am go change. 7 days stay need change twice. Later need change once more then no more already.
