Better call the customer service. They are able to advise if there is comp room on 7th Feb that you may not see from the app. They will also be able to update the booking immediately if your desired date room is available.Managed to get complimentary rooms for 8th Feb - 11th Feb. But very much prefer 7th Feb - 10th Feb instead. Unfortunately 7th either sold out or have to pay.
If I write to customer care got chance get complimentary for 7th - 10th Feb ?![]()
