Better call the customer service. They are able to advise if there is comp room on 7th Feb that you may not see from the app. They will also be able to update the booking immediately if your desired date room is available.

WTS since December, stopped bus-only booking, all bus coach need to have room purchase from them..

But regulars, if they knew u.. they got special arranged booking..
Other than the usual info, they would need to provide the hotel reservation numbers from app.
When asked by others passengers, u need not be honest.

How to get assigned with a host? preferrably a hostess.

Usually assigned host/hostess if you are high roller gold or platinum members. Try accumulate 6k TP in 3 months time frame.

There's no choice of who to be your host or hostess as their job is only to help with room bookings.

Hmm.. I never accumulate so much. Just one trip I accumulate around 1k plus point then have already. This year I only accumulate 1.3k points for one trip and now I have the assigned host fixture.

Hello,

can I check does transtar solitaire still have to change bus below the mountain ? Or straight from sg can go Genting without changing bus?

Booked Club Z, they said some cross-border issues lately, had to swap bus, they picked me at using local plated Solitaire and switch to Malaysian plate Solitaire in SG, free upgrade for my family of 5. Had to switch at Genting Sempah R&R.

My last trip for 2024 will be on 20 Dec 2024. The christmas deco are quite nice.. Hopefully still have good durians by then
