I am going up Sunday to Wednesday, staying GG with my family.
Got Durian Party voucher for 2-pax 1 hour buffet.
I had this Durian Party last week, ate 3 plates of Durian already cannot tahan, the bros around me took at least 5-6 plates + branches of rambutans and mangosteens (need to queue and collect before the meal)

You just need to sit, and eat, raise your hands to get a refill for Durian, they are efficient.
But u can't choose yourself at the main operation table, only pick from the big tray they bring over.
(Tips: sit nearer to the durian table, be the first to choose else u only can pick the leftovers from the big tray.)
Dont sit furthest from operating tables.

Please bring ur own tissue, they dont provide tissue or gloves.
They only had 3 mineral bottle for a table of 4.
The taps near the exit.

For those who does not have the invitation.
Earn 30TP at VIP/Gold area for this party for one pax.
Dont redeem in the late afternoon, this voucher had a 1-day expiry, last durian meal at 830pm

hey kevin. u know theres a white EV china byd Denza plying btwn gg & crockford for gg customers n platinum? but actually there r some other non gg customers maybe non platinum taking the free rides too. shuttle at rw like always crowded.

Hi! Has anybody patronized those eateries in Antara mall so far? Are they (for example: Tong Cheng, Ramen Mob, Lucky Goose, etc) good enough to worth the journey from 1st world? Thanks.

tried the ramen mob. its quite nice. pity that there wasn't any customer at all during my 1-1.5 hours dining there. i really wonder how these shops would survive. i think the pasar malam around the mall surviving better than the eatreies shops inside.

Taken that MPV few times, but drop off at Crockford lobby, but it will be faster I diagonally walked to RW Hotel for the higher capacity Van, dropoff at FWH Starbuck.

9.9 sale ongoing now. Managed to book a 3D2N Dream Cruise to Malacca on trip, 3 pax balcony room total $575 with sea port tax. quite a good deal. Got it for the cheapest available low peak season on 24 Jan.

Tried once and aborted the experiment after spending $500. Can't figure out how the points award work.

Also the cabin award is somewhat not as consistent as RWGenting comp rooms.

One of my friend is a cruise regular and he sometimes get sometimes don't get the rooms.

TP expiry is also rather short and is dependent on the tier.

Classic - 2 months
Silver - 3 months
Gold - 4 months

Once points expired, cannot get it back and have to wait for SMS offer for comp cabin.

Those RWG freebies, as long they managed by RWG staff, they need facial match. They scared kena caught or complaint if never do their job.

Those external vendors, all bochup, like the voucher durian stalls, SkyLine souvenir store, even the free meal Hanburger, they dont even match the card and names.
Many old uncles solicit for these no-check free meal vouchers.

Today I brought my family to visit the RW Hotel 18th floor gym. We stayed at Genting Grand.

In the past, I could press the lift button to 18th Floor, and visit the gym.
Now if u are not RW hotel room tenants, u need to get the hotel counter staff to help u get the 18th floor button press, and once u reach the 18th floor, need the gym attendent to open the gym door for u.

Ultra inconvenient.

I am Gold Tier on Cruise.

Every 6 months reset back to zero.
Silver 15TP
Gold 150TP
Platinum 1100TP

~$500 = 1 Tier Point (TP)
3 Tier Point = 1 Cabin Point (CP)
Maximum CP claim per week: 8

I believe even Gold has multi level tiers. I am able to see some rooms; up to Balcony Deluxe, while my partner can't.
At one point I was able to get up to Palace Deluxe, corner room at back of ship. Balcony bigger than the ensuite room.

Still going on cruise at least twice a month.
