Lazada is relatively safe as long you buy from reputable shops such as pcthemes, cybermind or direct agent like tech-dynamic or convergent.

DDR4 ram you should order now from Amazon first, it is very safe and cheaper, delivery around 7-9 days from order. Here is the link
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=2079475242&pf_rd_i=desktop

As you are first timers, than you can buy from one shop, copy down $$face list without the DDR4, after you receive your Amazon DDR4, bring down to pcthemes and buy the rest of the parts and have them fix the PC up. Pay a little more for first time experience and safety.

haha thank for the suggestion...

i see all of the product online come with warranty so should be pretty safe right unless the seller sell fake product.

i will note down the items and wait for IT show end of the month and maybe first item to buy might be monitor.

before i start buying anything from lazada, i should open shopback first and link from there to lazada to get cashback right?

btw $$face can intro another mouse to me?? this mouse abit strange looking haha, want a simple and good one... no need so many function within it...

Monitor can buy from Dell, ask for discount from their live chat or in their funan store. Normally can get 50-100 off rrp for the extended warranty. Dell Ultrasharp are good and you can no fuss 1-1 exchange if they come with dead pixels

thank~~

i don't know how to build them... so attractive to see the price cheaper than pc theme.. like the ssd i can save $30

wonder should i wait for the IT show to get them?? like monitor

For people who do not know how to assemble or troubleshoot a PC, I recommend they get everything from 1 (and only 1) reputable and reliable shop and get it to assemble for you. Of course you pay a few dollars more for the convenience and assurance that someone will look into any problem they may have.

For experienced builders who are counting beans to save every dollar they can possibly can, they can choose to buy from multiple sources. If anything does not work, they can troubleshoot and narrow down to the problematic part and RMA it.

The risk for newbies trying to buy parts like experienced DIY-ers is that if something does not work, they may get taichi around by all the sellers, each blaming another one for the problem and avoiding any responsibility. The newbie is none the wiser who to seek help from.

As you can see he will save more than $300 by sourcing his items from different stores. At the end of the day, as long as parts are all by same local distros, it won't matter where you buy since distributors are the only one you are going to deal with for RMA.

Yes created a shopback account via our HWC shopback thread. IIRC can earn some cash using the link inside that thread.

One of the best wired gaming mouse available leh. You should see it for yourself first then decide.

Got message from TechGnome and this is the list he came up.

Gigabyte B150M-D3H + I5 6500

Western Digital Blue 1TB
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400Mhz 8GB (4GB*2)

Mine still better in most aspects... :D

And i take caution of business who goes to you instead of you going to them....

P.S: And after calculation referencing prices from PC Themes, Fuwell, Cybermind and Reddit, i can still save $130 for that same exact build above. :vijayadmin::s8:
And that was also before considering discounts if purchase from Lazada...

Shopback doesn't work with app. So better to go with shopback + website as you can save more, since both app and web offers same max cap for discounts for past week.
