While trading , can the gfx card support 3 monitors ?

Gaming , most gfx cards from 3060 and above can support 60hz monitors right ?

I currently have a dell U4302q connected via hdmi and a dell p2421D

The U4302q monitor has a range of ports for video and data connectivity, including two HDMI 2.0 ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, one USB-C port (supporting DisplayPort Alternate Mode and up to 90W Power Delivery), and several USB-A downstream ports. There is also an audio line-out (3.5mm) jack.

The Dell P2421D monitor has video ports including one HDMI 1.4 and one DisplayPort 1.2, along with a set of USB ports: one USB 3.0 upstream port and four downstream ports (two USB 3.0 on the side and two USB 2.0 on the bottom). It also features a security lock slot and a power connector.

Is a 1440p 200/244 hz monitor that much of an improvement?

Was using an aftershock laptop with 1060m for 5 years before a year of diablo 2ring fried the laptop's battery

I've many questions. What sort of gfx card should I get ? 5070? Would it be underutilised on a 1440p 60hz ? Should I get a 2k 165hz to use the new system ?
Will any gfx card allow for 3 monitors ? Currently have 2

I plan on comparing at pc theme / dynacore .

What would the bottleneck be at ?

Is 650 w enough power ? 750 or 850?
Can cool CPU/GPU into near room temperature?

Haven't used a mechanical keyboard in decades , are there any silent ones out there ?

Do they still sell UPS ?

Also don't know what to prioritise lol
