Getting BSOD

Hi, I just got my first BSOD yesterday and now I've just gotten another one. I got a stop code called "Kernal Thread priority floor violation" for my first BSOD but I wasn't looking for the second one. Here are my minidump files:

Hi, it can be software or hardware issue but that happens on my Company Dell Laptop and after many troubleshooting on software first then hardware, Dell changes the Motherboard and RAM but only the last replacement of SSD, it solved the BSOD issue.

My current old PC was having BSOD quite regulary awhile ago. Then suddenly ok liao. I don't remember anything that I did also.
