What are the requirements to enter big4? Do they accept pte uni grads?

What are the requirements to enter big4? Do they accept pte uni grads?
The grades are the passport . The connection is the gateway.
Is Big 4 audit or a finance division rotational in an offshore bank better in terms of:
1) Career progression
2) Future salary (I understand Offshore bank starting pay higher at 4k+)
I understand a lot of big 4 auditors move to banks/ MNCs after 3-5 years. Will their pay be higher than those who originally started in the firm (given the same number of years of experience)?
