Well it's a TN panel (which is slightly worse in color, good in gaming) and seems to have fast response time (most probably around 2~3ms).

Overall depends on u want quality image or best gaming experience.

i already purchased the samsung one. just wanting to know usually what is being compared when getting monitor. after reading couple of stuff online, i understand on the tn vs ips. and samsung pls, and some other type like va, etc.

i think samsung pls should fit nicely, and at this price point. can't get any better i guess.

anyway, thanks for your help throughout.
after sourcing for item over a month, and using coupon and whatnot, managed to save ~$150-$200 bucks. that's excluding OS, because if compare retail OS vs reddit OS then the saving is alot more.
