Gfx kaput, need advice please!

Héllo! My Palit gtx 460 1 gb sonic just kaput recently ( white lines and bsod ), can anyone advice me on a similar gfx or a slightly better gfx to replace? Budget is less than 200.
Intending to play planet side 2, cod bo2, gw on medium settings.

Sapphire HD7790 is about $200 I think, and there's the GTX650 Ti, bear in mind this is the non-Boost model, so it's about HD7770 level, lose out to HD7790. On nV side, anything above the GTX650 Ti is easily >$200.

Powercolor 7790 or Sapphire 7790 is below $200. Palit GTX 650 Ti Boost is slightly over $200 at around $212 iirc.
