Gigabyte ON-OFF charge not working

I have a Gigabyte AB350-Gaming mobo,
and i'm trying to disable the USB ports from delivering power after shut down.

Reason being, my Cryorig quad lumi doesnt turn off its light after shutdown, leaving my room damn bright cannot sleep. haha.

I Tried installing the Gigabyte USB ON-OFF charge app, but nothing loads. the app cannot be found in the app drawer also.

anyone knows anything?

If I'm not wrong..that USB charge is a smart technology to make usb port charge certain phones faster than the usual 500mah output.
Doesn't affect anything else.

Switch off your socket for more effectiveness

in uefi, power section, try set ErP to enabled
shud turn off all power when shutdown... hopefully

ah good that works now. the ErP indeed turns off the usb power.
