Given a choice, will you buy a Class 2B, Class 2A or Class 2 bike? And which model do you recommend?

As long the bidding at insane prices all drop, all the floating coe will be gone as well. It can go 2 ways.. Is either we see the effect next bidding. If not then it take 3m at least.

Can elaborate a bit more?

Same situation like car dealers horading to Cat A, B and Open COEs?

Meaning a lot of vehicle quota for cars and now bikes are not actually being utilised on the road but exist on paper in the dealers drawers to push up car prices even higher than it should be?

i am no expert on this... base on what i found out.. here is what i think.

there are some coy that sell the coe to other at higher price. ie .. pay me 400$ for the COE.

so maybe this tactic will not be worth it anymore since its going to be 800$ at least....

What is your opinion?

Was advise that Class 2A is the sweet spot between power and manoeuvrability.

Class 2B bikes are light and easy to manoeuvre in Singapore's traffic. But is underpowered on expressways. And cannot accelerate out of dangerous situations.

Class 2 bikes are too heavy and too powerful, especially in start-stop traffic. Maintenance can be more costly too. Was told a Cam-An Spyder or Honda Goldwing's maintenance cost more than a 1.6L bread and butter saloon.

So Class 2 A bikes is the sweet-spot?
with the current CEO pricing & petrol . take grab when needed would be better..

If the border dont open up, getting a big cc bike to me is worthless as cant travel out .....

Will recommend Super4. Once you ride a powerful stable bike, u will not want a 2b bike anymore.
But I got into a motorbike accident before, now no more ride.

depend lor..... i use to ride big cc bike. now riding wave lor...... once tied down to your counter part with kids , u might change your mind set

now bike is just a transportation to me to work that all... other than that i dont use bike that often........

some of these under table stuff who know even after these implementation might still be going on , to save their $800 deposit they would rather do this to help each other .

If these were to go on the COE for bike will not drop for sure.......

what i encountered during owning S4

issue are

radiator issue leak need to change
rectifier need to change after 3 year as not charge my battery.

Other than that it a metal horse serve me well with quarterly servicing.

been going to malaysia for petrol weekly , food & touring... when up north with group of friends.

Had try cruising at150km/h no issue....

big bike better not to buy those more than 5 year old unless u know the owner take good care of them.
When wear & tear came in . be prepare to pump $$$$$ to get it fix........& not cheap lor......

if u want cheap parts than had to go for 2B lor.. wave which what i riding now .

petrol usage also cheap 1l can go 50+km .

parts are cheap .

easily source through
