where the the 2k go to? in house ownself hire even cheaper
Some MCs think they are smart, hire in-house so that they can cut out the middleman i.e. the security agency … but once they realise that …
  1. PWM $2,650 doesn’t mean security agency profit $2k … don’t forget CPF, insurance, and other overneads … + after incentives and cest
  2. Security guards have no loyalty, this is an industry where people will jump for just $100 more per month, will no-show your relief/ad-hoc job for $10 more for 1 day’s work … + nowadays even easier to throw MC just by using teleconsultation … the hassle of finding replacement, of finding last minute relief/ad-hoc, etc … it’s just not worth the effort. Engage security agency, officer jump, no-show etc, the responsibility for finding replacement throw to the security agency
I have business dealings with MCs …and I have seen MCs with in-house officers surrender and switch to engaging security agency instead.
