It IS free if its a genuine emergency. Open your eyes big big to see, the charge is from A&E, NOT SCDF. Had used SCDF for a few medical emergencies of the elderly b4 and NOT ONCE was I charged for that.

The father can tell is a very self-entitled person. He's throwing a tantrum over "cardio-respiratory failure" as a reason for the infant's death. Like WTF, how you want the doctors who don't know the medical history of your child to know what caused the cardio-respiratory failure? If you child has been healthy all along, hence no medical history with the healthcare system, and you sent in a dead corpse, you think the doctors can use Thanos Infinity Time Stone to look at what happened?
