Mostly is families go in for groceries, eat at restaurant or zi char n petrol while they're inside.

If not is elderlies go in buy groceries n others go in buy medicine, do hair, mani n pedicure, massage n other services like dental.

Tis is very true. Must know buy wat n at where. If not just minimal savings n will spend more than they think will save more. If not it's just a waste of time. N haven't count in time n transport costs to go in.

Plus roaming costs or buy their local sim for data for some.

now msia side majority converted to automate, just scan passport, look at cam, snapshot and pass thru in less than 60s flat. basically queuing doesn't exist anymore at kastum..

Ya the experience now is so much better for those who travel by bus. Even SG side also upgraded their facial scanning technology, super fast like 5 seconds to clear...
