In the past i book a commuter van + driver from their local tour agency.
Do specific your intend places to visit.
In this way the driver should be familiar with those places.
Prices have to be negotiate.

Usually what i did upon reaching was to visit their local tour agency to make all the necessary arrangement on that trip.

A commuter van is suitable for a small group as mine usually between 4 ~ 6 person.
Spacious is the main thing to relax while travelling with aircon.
