My also one person two way is 46 lol.... Booked through scoot 2cent deals. Also booked HK 121 two way fly during 25 Dec to 1 Jan.
Other budget airline is 564 .

TS , buy ur air tix asap cos december is really the peak period of travel and you also have to settle hotel asap also as many hotel in taiwan will get ridiculously expensive during December. Book mine tix from cathay too ard 530/pax but the flight timing not v ideal

I chose the noon departure flight. The 530 price departs ard 10 in the morning or much earlier. Of course must factor in the transport charges. If in a group, not much diff. Most time, i am lone ranger. Paying 30-40 for taxi ride not worth for me.
