is it better to check in online? nobody use that?
A lot of passengers use the online check in. So convenient. And you know where you are seated when you are doing the online check in.

And you will not be in the priority list to be bumped off a flight if it's full.

Then i would suggest to do physical check in since the staff would still need to weigh your luggage.
Eh, there are self drop off luggage 'counters'. Not sure about BKK and DMK though.

You can always drop off/check your luggage at the manned counters even if you have done your checked in online.

You dont get bump off on a full flight. Bumping usually only happen if flight oversold and not enough passengers to give up their seats voluntarily.

The answer for this question is no

but the luggage check in queue for web checkin is shorter, so I advise u all to just checkin online

Guys I need to ask u all something, I have concern abt the check in process on the Suvarnabhumi Airport on my return, it is 10.50am flight (Thailand time)

Have any one did the online web check before?

How it work? is it I just do online checkin on my app and then I can collect the boarding pass there?
As I dun have the printer when I am at Thailand, do I need to print the boarding pass myself?

Then if I do the web checkin, do I still need to go there early and queue on my way back?

Please advise

Scroll down and see Mobile Boarding Pass FAQ number 8.

You need to print the boarding pass on the way back to SG. Mobile boarding pass is only available for flights departing Singapore. Can ask the hotel to help you print. I did so for mine.

Don't bet on it. There is still the X-ray and immigration clearance queue. Be there at least 3 hours early, not 2 hours.
