If its for saturday of songkran though, it wont be busy. If normal saturday, be there by 4:15 p.m., means you should be leaving latest 3 p.m.My standard is 2hrs + 1hr, 6.15pm traffic will be worst, may need to add more time or take other transport.

Just check;
Bangkok’s main airport, Suvarnabhumi International, is advising international passengers departing from Thailand that they should be at the airport, ready to check in up to three hours prior to departure.
The airport has outlined certain peak times where a large number of departures are scheduled and tells passengers to prepare for long lines.
DEPARTURE (11pm-11:59pm: 19 flights with 4,200 passengers
Non- peak hour 2hrs in advance is still ok.

Guys I need to ask u all something, I have concern abt the check in process on the Suvarnabhumi Airport on my return, it is 10.50am flight (Thailand time)
Have any one did the online web check before?
How it work? is it I just do online checkin on my app and then I can collect the boarding pass there?
As I dun have the printer when I am at Thailand, do I need to print the boarding pass myself?
Then if I do the web checkin, do I still need to go there early and queue on my way back?
Please advise
is it better to check in online? nobody use that?Just go queue at the counter and get your boarding pass.
