food is cheap la - approximately $2 for normal stall. Restaurant will be anything around $10-$20 depending on what kind of restaurant. can hit $50 too.

Taxi just take Mai Linh or Vinasun (Greeen/white). The rest of the taxi meters are rigged.

clubs ...if u alone..u can forget it..they will ask u open bottles. the bottles is not expensive, around 60-80 but the mixers is the killer. and end of the day all the security and waiters will get tips from you. Expect to spend $200-250 if you going alone.

You can try bar..its cheaper as u can just order by glass of beer/wine/spirit/whatever. But end of the day the tips thing cannot run away.
