What to do in mai khao and nai harn?

staying 1night mai khao and 2 nights nai harn. rented vehicle.

For Nai Harn, you can go to Nai Harn and Rawaii beach. Since you are renting a vehicle can go to Ao Sane beach which is a secluded beach which can be reached via Nai Harn beach. It's beautiful and not many people there.

Other than going to the beach and eating, there's nothing much to do in Nai Harn. Normally, we rent a scooter and will go to Karon beach, Jungceylon at Patong etc. It's a scenic ride anyway.
