going to taiwan for 2 weeks

hi guys, i need advice for itinerary for taiwan 2 weeks, from 20th dec afternoon to 3 jan afternoon

i will be staying in taipei in a friend's house

i want to go gao xiong but dunno how to go about it, like accommodation etc

i now have totally no idea what to do there too

is bus the only public transport from kaohsiong to kending park?

is there much to see in kending park during dec??

Kenting is a national park so a lot of sights but hard to get around without rented vehicle, bus service is not frequent in off peak season. The aquarium is a nice place to visit, can also do it as a day trip from KH

Kaohsiung has metro + bus system to move around. Tainan, you have to book a cabbie or take the 臺灣好行 Bus and strictly follow the bus timing. Coz when you miss one, the wait can be like longest 2 hours for another.

Can go liuhe or kaixuan night market. AND go to cijin for seafood.

Check with hote lobby, they will give you some ideas. Doubt all are closed as mentioned. Coz, i remember, i did liuhe on wed, and thurs for ruifeng.

Fw79 will tell u to go zhongshan uni for the great sunset. I like to go cijin lighthouse to see sunset though.

Christmas is not a public holiday in Taiwan. Shops will be open to make even more money.
