Osaka is perfect if you’re taking the SQ flight that arrives at 9pm lol. I was waiting for airport limo bus literally half an hour from aircraft arriving at the gate.

Just read article in SCMP with anecdote of someone landing in Haneda at 9.30pm but cleared at 3am.
