good airflow mid tower casing

which one to go for if my budget allow? was on lian li itx casing for 2 yrs, wanted to go back to mid tower casing as i find lian li abit troublesome to arrange the wiring and taking out everything when removing some parts.

thus i looking for 1 which allow me to run overnight to morning without heat issue.

Either the 540 air or the 750D.

Air 540 is good for air cooling solution. The fan is quite near the gpu and allow them to cool faster. And the exhaust is near also. Removing hot air out of the chassis fast. No need for wire management skills as it is all well hiden in the secondary chamber.

750D is slightly taller instead of being wider. This is good for people whom wnna have good cooling solution by mounting radiators water cooling. Requires some wire management skills and need to buy psu extensions for the wires. Especially the cpu pin.

Any dual AF120 or AF140 by corsair will do.

Not unless you have a Corsair H100i or any other AIO cooler then you might wanna get something else.

ur hdd wont heat up alot de max 40c
the case is cool and spacious because the psu is at another compartment

You scared heat you can always put in secondary chamber.

540 itself is just too big.

Andy, if you're planning to get the corsair AF140 for your case, can go for the LED version.. PC Themes selling them at quite a good price.. Last I saw, still had the blue, white and purple.. =)
