good bulking meals

Hey guys, what were some of your bulking meal plans like? I'm finding it hard to actually reach 3000 calories (currently around 2000).

What are you eating now?

Breakfast: 3 eggs + 1tbsp coconut oil + coffee
Lunch: 220g rice + chicken (unsure how much just buy from market)
Dinner: 220g rice + meat/fish
Snack: 500g milk + 175g oats (part of it during breakfast, and the rest I finish in the afternoon)

Eat a snack between each meal, it'll easily be 500-1000 calories more.

Also, eat your fruits and vegetables.

i consume 2700 calories. height 182cm, 72kg. i can give meal sample.

Preworkout: bcaa + caffeine
Postworkout: 2 banana, 50g dextrose
Meal 1 (after 1 hour): brown rice, 250g chicken breast
Meal 2: 2 breads with peanut butter, almonds
Meal 3: cai png with 2 meats, 2 breads with peanut butter
Meal 4: 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 250g chicken breast
