Good Insurance Agents

How do you all define a good insurance agent? What type of agents would you listen to trust them to plan for you?

I would say it as advisors or consultants rather than agents... In my POV, there has to be sound advice given and importantly, unbiased views and recommendations based on client's needs and objectives.. Of course, in order for all these to be achieved, understanding of the client as a person is a must.
