Anyone here can share their experience?
Especially if you had bad posture and now your posture is very good. 🤩

I always try to correct my posture but also find that I always need to correct my posture.
Will there every be a time where it's always naturally upright and doesn't need correction anymore? 😅

I use standing desk
Do dead hangs
Mindful of pelvic tilt and craning neck

Still looking for advice and success stories 😝

Don't sit same position for too long, stand up, move around regularly

Do exercises, stretches

Can consider getting one of these - by pulling your shoulders back, you correct your upper back (and your lower back as well)

Can get from aliexpress cheap cheap. Just search "back brace with shoulder straps"

Could also be muscle imbalance. Can search online on what kind of exercises to do. I also got bad posture and is trying to improve.

Been thinking of going pilates

Ya i got this but then wear a while nv wear le.. dont know really got use or not
