Would like to thanks staffs from HWZ and you for making us possible to be in the community. Today will be the last day for us to post in Ban Leong eCustomer Service Center. We will be still around and and do drop us a PM if you need help or PM us in our Facebook or email to support@banleong.com.sg.

They're just closing their ecustomer service centre in HWZ. Why do you all speak like they're closing down?

Their brick and mortar service centre is still around!

[Koenig168]

Ban Leong is a listed company. You can get details about P&L, operating costs etc from the financial statements. The company seems to be doing OK, apart from a disastrous foray into overseas markets like Australia couple of years back.

[FinalTidus]

Seems like Ban Leong is trying to cut costs on customer service.

Goodbye. We will miss you Dennis,
